The last hurdle in any project is always final implementation of the machine. During this phase, it’s critical that the team is present onsite (usually for multiple days) ensuring the success of the project program. Once all the hardware communication is checked out, the entire test program is tested with VoxSomnia staff, customer engineering staff, and relevant customer operations staff. The project is considered complete when all deliverables have been met and the customer is trained to use the new program.
